Data Deletion
This page explains how any user, customer or contact can request deletion of personal data processed by Rankaglia through the website, SaaS solutions, automations and Meta or WhatsApp Business Platform integrations.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@rankaglia.com with the subject "Data deletion". Include your name, email, phone number or WhatsApp number used, and the related service so we can locate the information.
Data we can delete
We can delete or anonymize form data, commercial conversations, support records, WhatsApp identifiers, CRM data, associated analytics events where technically possible, and operational data that is no longer needed.
Response time
We will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable period, normally up to 30 calendar days. If we need to verify identity or scope, we will ask for additional information before completing deletion.
Data that may be retained
We may keep minimal information where needed for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, claim defense or contractual compliance purposes. In those cases, use will be restricted to the required purpose.

If you reached Rankaglia through an application connected to Meta or WhatsApp Business Platform, this page provides public instructions to delete your data from our systems. You may also manage data through Meta or WhatsApp tools where available.
