This website and Rankaglia SaaS solutions are provided for informational, commercial and operational purposes. You may not use them for unlawful activity, spam, abusive scraping, impersonation, technical compromise, unauthorized messaging or violations of Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

Texts, designs, marks, images and materials published here belong to Rankaglia or are used with permission. Reuse is not allowed without prior written authorization.

Any pricing, diagnostic estimates, SaaS plans or delivery timelines shown on the website are indicative unless confirmed in a formal proposal, service order or signed agreement. Each project may vary by scope, integrations, message volume, technical complexity and availability.

When a service uses WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta, APIs, CRM systems, booking tools or external platforms, the customer must have lawful permission to contact users, keep information accurate and comply with applicable third-party policies.

We make reasonable efforts to keep services available and respond to support requests. Interruptions may occur because of maintenance, external provider failures, API changes, platform blocks or causes outside our control.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, automatic approval by external platforms or complete absence of errors or interruptions. Rankaglia is not responsible for misuse of data, contact lists or credentials provided by the customer.

We may link to third-party platforms or tools. We do not control their content or policies, and their use remains your responsibility. These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in Chile.
