Data Processing Notice

Rankaglia acts as data controller for data received through its website, forms, commercial channels and owned services. In client projects, Rankaglia may also act as processor or technical provider according to the applicable contract.

We process data to respond to requests, prepare proposals, provide SaaS services, operate automations, manage support, measure campaigns, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve digital products.

Data may include identification, contact details, company information, messages, commercial history, website events, technical logs, booking data, WhatsApp identifiers, preferences and any information needed to provide the requested service.

We may rely on providers for hosting, cloud, analytics, CRM, email, messaging, Meta, WhatsApp Business Platform, automation and infrastructure. We require processing to be limited to the service provided.
